It's Mine
Sunday I sign the lease.
I can paint the place next week and he will put the floors in after I'm done! This will mean some evenings next week spent painting, but I don't mind and I have GOBS of left over paint from August!!!
Once the painting is done, he'll lay new hardwood in the bedroom and living room.
