We don't get credit, Californians, for only getting it HALF right.
Same Sex Marriages already performed are still considered valid.
Proposition 8 however, stands.
It appears the Tyranny of the majority can amend the state constitution without 2/3rds vote even when that amendment clearly discriminates against a portion of the population and it just goes to prove we've advanced no farther than grunting and pounding rocks in caves and mud huts.
