And...I am sitting in my new room! It's an outdoor room complete with plastic patio chairs (ooh ahhh, aren't I swank), a glass table, and plants! A trip to OSH and $175.00 later, I have a nice and comfortable, partial-shade, outdoor living space. Given we're moving into our gorgeous part of the year, I'm very happy with this. With my wireless network and an extension cord for power running under the screen door, I can sit out in the shade with a mojito on the table next to me, and type away! The sky is blue, the clouds are few, and the wind is rustling through the huge old pine tree next door that shades my patio.

I woke later this morning then I'd planned, but that might have been because I didn't end up getting sleep until 3am. Some point last night or this morning, I'd blown a power strip and none of my network was operational! I did some patching with extension cords, determined the wall sockets were still operational and fueled with two cups of coffee and a yogurt I headed to the hardware store. I got two of those cord squids. I also got the hinges, primer, and paint supplies for the screen around the hot water heater. I also got a gallon of pale lilac for the bathroom. The screen will get done today and tomorrow. The bathroom...I may get industrious and do it on Monday. It's a small bathroom and not a lot of painting space...so we'll see.

I have to get batteries in my camera now so I can take pictures!
