EBMud customers (of which I am one) are being asked to reduce their daily water consumption up to 30% or there will be mandatory restrictions, fines, and more. We need Ark-like rain and we need it now people!
With some relief it seems the National Weather Service is predicting an end to our bucolic weather starting tonight. I have my fingers crossed and my waders on!

I find it funny in a very not-humorous way, that the same organization who threatened to out Corporations who donated money to fight Prop 8 are now screaming in the courts not to have the lists of companies and individuals who donated in support of the Proposition made public. Can we say paranoid shrieks of a shrinking demographic?
Arrests are made in a Richmond, CA beating that is now classified as a hate crime even after the report of that beating sat ignored for several days.
