Unsavory Downturn Result
Apr. 13th, 2009 04:00 pmMauser electronics in Texas no longer packs Jolly Rancher candies into their boxes of electronic thing-a-ma-jiggies, which my engineer has a habit of ordering. The last few boxes have contained nothing more than an unappealing piece of red and white striped candy and a piece of double bubble.
I settled on the double bubble after much grumping and harumphing. I used to love bubble gum as a kid. Now I find it's like chewing garden slugs that have been dipped in pepto bismal.
I bet pirates in Somalia get jolly ranchers.
