Dr Lust is toiling away in honest labour, while I sit here in my penguin jammies and give him grief on line. My Primary is putting the final polish on a presentation before his flight north today to a rainy state.
And me...well...I'm sharing coffee with the roommate and our assundry zoo, getting ready to shower so my hair has time to dry. I have a coffee date at 2pm. A new friend, funny, ribald, and interesting. I'm looking forward to this...who knows what tales there may be to tell!

Today's Coffee Date
Jan. 20th, 2005 09:30 pmYou know...
Have you ever had one of those dates, where...you've talked to the guy (or girl) online, in email, on the phone, and they seem funny, outgoing, intelligent, all those appealing qualities...and you get to the face-to-face meeting and...they just *aren't*?
Nope, me neither. :P
Today's coffee date was fun! BART had me into the city in good time and I meet RadioGuy at the Ferry Building. I have not been in there in YEARS, long before the renovations and earthquake retrofitting. It's a wonderful, historic building. One of the few originals still standing after the 1906 earthquake.
And RG was all he was in chat, online, and on the phone. Insanely intelligent, wickedly funny, cute, charming, and terribly tolerent of me. As we were walking out he said to me "I find it hard to believe you only got 3 words in with the architect."
I think I talked too much.
And so, I may get to spend a bit more time bending his ear, tickling his funny bone and a few other blunt objects this weekend. We'll see :D
The only thing is...he's too easy. I mean...I came home from coffee, gelato, (I'd never had gelato before!!! Where have *I* been?!) and specialty chocolates with 2 strands of Mardi Gras beads...and I didn't even have to flash my boobs.
Talk about feeling under sampled!
